The Cave (Italy - Puglia)
	Negroamaro The vineyards of the southern part of Apulia have been planted almost exclusively in Negroamaro since the 6th Century B.C. The wine obtained from Negroamaro ranges in shading from ruby to garnet red and its flavor features a pleasantly full-bodied wine.
	Primitivo It appears that this variety got its name because of its tendency to ripen earlier than other types of vines. This wine is gorgeous and lush and is paired perfectly with roasts and meat dishes.
	Riserva Wine obtained from selected Negroamaro and Malvasia Nera grapes picked by hand and selected again on a rotating wheel once reached the winery. The grapes are then destemmed and vinified according to some very new methods that guarantee a soft processing.
	Susumaniello This is an indigenous grape varietal of supposed Dalmatian (Croatia) origin. Its name, “susumaniello”, comes from “loaded as a donkey”, thanks to its peculiarity to be particularly productive as a young vine.
Il Viaggio (Italy - Tuscany - Maremma)
	Brunello Di Montalcino Strawberry pie, with hints of cream on the nose and palate. Full body, with chewy tannins and plenty of fruit. Powerful and impressive for the vintage.
	Chianti Colli Senesi A nose of fresh flowers, earth and distinct notes of plum. On the palate, cherries open into a round and steady finish.
	Morellino Di Scansano Dark raspberry fruits and just a hint of saddle on the nose. On the palate strong earthy and savory tones including sweet redcurrants and raspberry fruits combine nicely with smooth and dusty tannins.
	Gemma It is a gorgeous ruby red color with garnet streaks. You will really enjoy this special wine.
Sanctum (Italy - Puglia)
	Salento Rosso This wine is deep red in color with hints of violet quince and stone fruit. It has a Fantastic Mouthfeel with a lingering aftertaste, and pairs perfectly with roasted meats, pasta, cheese, and dried fruit.
	Riserva Rosso It showcases a ruby red color with garnet reflections. Intense aromas of cocoa, blueberry jam, and hints of licorice and graphite gratify the senses.
